Teema Al Sharji

Teema is a junior associate at A&CO with a strong background in commercial law. She graduated with honors from the Modern College of Business and Science and is licensed as a trainee lawyer in the primary courts of Oman.

Her experience includes legal research, drafting legal documents and contracts, as well as court legal procedures. Teema has received training at Oman Air and the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs, focusing on contract drafting, review, legal research, compliance, and policy development. She has also gained experience in attending court hearings, managing execution procedures, and preparing legal memos while working at local law firms. 

She is an active member of professional associations like the Omani British Lawyers Association. Currently, she is enrolled in the Omani Legal Force program by the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates, emphasizing her dedication to advancing her skills and knowledge in the legal profession.

Teema is now part of the A&CO’s corporate and litigation departments , wherein she works closely with the Firm's team in providing legal advice and support to clients. She also handles client's settlements and debt recovery processes to set such settlements favorable to the Firm's clients. Teema also conducts legal research on various legal topics and partakes in the litigation proceedings as to financial and commercial matters.
