Mohamed Bahram

Mohammed has over 20 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a reputable entity. Throughout his career, he has been involved in multi-million civil projects, managing both pre- and post-award contract administration.

His scope of work includes drafting tender documents, ensuring contractual and technical compliance, managing and evaluating bids, and processing payments. His extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of construction contracts and project delivery requirements.

In addition to his technical background, Mohammed is a licensed civil and commercial arbitrator with a specialisation in construction. He currently acts as a consultant to A&CO’s legal team, advising on construction-related matters and contributing his practical industry knowledge to support the firm.
