Selected Projects Handled by A&CO:

• Crypto Mining Data Centre 
  Drafted, negotiated, and managed a strategic partnership between an exclusive local license holder for crypto mining in Oman and an Asian multinational specialising in cryptocurrency technologies. A&CO negotiated and finalised the master agreement governing the long-term relationship, reviewed the usufruct agreement with the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones, and provided ongoing support to ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory obligations in accordance with the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT).
  
  
• Asian Restaurant – Representation Before the Royal Opera House (RoH)
  Represented the client in meetings with the Royal Opera House (RoH), negotiated agreement terms, reviewed documentation, and provided tailored legal advice to secure favorable contract conditions.
  
  
• Dar Al Atta – ‘Al Atta Neighborhood’ Project
  Negotiated and drafted all legal documentation related to the development of a 36-unit residential project initiated by Dar Al Atta in San’a Bani Ghafar, Al Khaburah region.
  
  
• Masahat Project - Al Khoudh Commercial Land Development
  Advised a local real estate developer on the structuring, negotiation, and drafting of all legal agreements related to a land development project in Al Khoudh. The development spans over 2,001 sqm and is set to feature retail spaces and commercial shops.
  
  
• Oman's First Luban Spa - Shangri-la 
  Drafted an agreement outlining the background, obligations, and responsibilities of the contractual franchise relationship between the Spa and the hotel. Advice was also provided on the appropriate public liability indemnity insurance applicable to the Spa. This later led to drafting another franchise agreement with a Saudi company for expanding the trademark in KSA.
  
  
• Al Mina Residences Project
  Managed a dispute in relation to the non payment of outstanding amounts owed to the contractor which resulted in the suspension of the construction works. A settlement was achieved and addendum was executed, allowing the project to resume and progress. This agreement was crucial in enabling the continuation of the project and minimising further disruptions.
